At BRIMS we recognize the fact that management is the only organized knowledge in the world that qualify to be considered as an art as well as a science - each one having its own impact on the future of a business entity as the way it is integrated and practiced.

This approach guide us to mould a BRIMS student with the right combination of being a Perceptive Manager with a drive for functional expertise and to gear him to be a business leader with an integrated view of an enterprise.

The curriculum provides the Generalist tools in the first year while the second year sharpens their Functional expertise and Role clarity. My team members which include former Directors of the institute have decades of expertise and experience of working with large and renowned organizations of world repute and country’s best known management institutes further sharpen the student’s skills with their rich experience and latest pedagogical tools. Being at the helm of affairs of a premier Institution of repute, gives me adequate opportunity to translate our perceptions and corporate experiences in to reality in tune with the motto and governing principles of BRIMS.

In an era of ever changing complexities of business uncertainties as well as increasing aspiration of young managers I believe that performance today is no longer optional, but mandatory.
