The Academic Board meeting was scheduled on 29 th June 2019
Brief Agenda of the Academic Board Meeting for PGDM was:

• We aim to make student industry ready. The agenda of the meeting was to discuss on important inputs viz. skill development of students, value added courses which are industry focused and job oriented, additional certificate courses and other points.


• Research holds prime importance for our Institute. The board discussed on creating opportunities and promoting activities to gain relevant and quality research output from students and teachers.


• To keep the academic deliverables relevant, the board discussed new ideas and means to develop an industry-oriented curriculum /courses for PGDM Program


• Along with students, the board focused on institutional development in terms creating better academic processes,research, administration, academic support resources and facilities and financial resources


• Taking management education at par with global standards is vital. The Board discussed on possibilities and scope of academic tie ups with foreign universities.


• We aim to create more business enthusiasts and job creators. Keeping this in context, the board members discussed on ideas to inculcate entrepreneurship skills and acumen among students.
• Businesses need managers with 21 st century skill sets and one of the points of discussion is to come with ideas and opportunities


• To foster innovative thinking ability, analytical skills and critical thinking among students.


• To engage and develop students through CSR and scope of tie-ups with the corporates for CSR.


• To create an environment where students become socially responsible as well as constructively relevant.


• The emphasis is on continuous improvement and enhancement. The board discussed how the faculty members can attain new knowledge, diverse skills, and enhance teaching methods.
