Prof. Aditi has completed MMS (HR) from Sinhagad Institute of Business Management, Mumbai, MA (Industrial Psychology) from SNDT University Mumbai, BA (Psychology) from Vaze-Kelkar College Mumbai.



Experience

Academic / Teaching experience: 

2 years of teaching experience as visiting faculty in Nagindas Khandwala College Malad, Mumbai, for MA students - Specialization in Industrial Psychology.

 

Corporate/work experience:

 

Industry experience of 12 years in manufacturing /service / logistic segments. Worked in various companies, such as Godrej & Boyce Ltd., Siemens Ltd, R K Foodland Pvt.Ltd. Hand on experience of handling diverse responsibilities in Human Resources Management as under:

 

       Managing role of talent advisory, partnering with Business Leaders, Hiring Executive staff and also Business Partners

       Managing performance evaluation process.

       Managing employee engagement activities

       Handling lateral recruitment for niche requirements of Sales, Marketing, Design, Service, Quality and Manufacturing across all the businesses spectrum.

       Handling end to end recruitment process, including internal and external recruitment.
