Experience : Worked for 2 years with Accenture Credit Services (Zenta Pvt ltd) as a HR executive taking care of recruitment function especially Employee referrals, end to end joining and Induction. Working as a faculty from last 7 years and teaching HR subjects with game based learning approach.
Ph.D. : This is on “ CSR and Employee Engagement- an empirical analysis on Indian Banking industry”. Area of Interest for Research is Employee Engagement.
