You may hear of MIND BLOWING or MIND BOGGLING!!
People say that today’s life is so stressful because of their tight schedule of job, personal
responsibility, or to achieve dreams.
The entire time, the mind is engaged with some of the other thoughts. While thinking or dreaming one is actually utilizing all resources or capability to accomplish the task.
If we consider mind is like an amoeba. Then everyday’s to do list, responsibilities & dreams enter into mind, and that amoeba starts expanding. Once individual starts accomplishing the task, the amoeba mind starts shrinking.
Like for a week there is some plan to execute on each day. Till the time we achieve or done with that particular task/plan our mind is not fully ready to think/accept any new task/plan/thought. Here is what we are doing is, we are blocking our mind.
Nowadays there is less physical work but still people feel tired. Why so?... because our mind is tired.
Somebody may say that not everyone could be multi-tasker, but nowadays we are blessed with technology where we have planners, reminders, pop-up alarm for to do list and many more.
Work, task, plan or thoughts are never ending in life. Do not force your mind to finish as early as possible and then relax. Like our body needs regular exercise to be healthy and flexible. Similarly our mind also need some warm up.
Because ultimately mind is the one who is the source of every power.
If we limit our mind for thinking means we are blocking our minds.
One might block thoughts to stay focused. We all do it just by keeping our determination to stay on topic or concentrated or distancing oneself from the problem either physically or mentally
Nobody can block anyone’s mind only the person can block his or her mind when there is less audacity to face their own uncertainties and discrimination.
As rightly said by Canada's most prolific mental health advocate Jeremy Bennett , 2-4% times individual decide what he/ she want to do, That individual actually make the decision.
96-98% times individual decide by their subconscious mind.
What shapes the subconscious mind?
What are you listening on radio every single word, what you hold in your mind has a particular vibration of frequency.
Negative word or intensions have slower vibration of frequency and positive words have higher vibration of frequency.
We have to be extremely careful with what we are feeling in our minds. Music can be beautiful on beneficial side but can also have a negative impact on your health, choose wisely.
What happens when you gossip, to gossip individual have hold negative memory which creates
negative thoughts in your mind.
You not only think of negative memory but share it with others.
Holding of negative thought in your mind will result into releasing stress hormone called ‘CORTISOL’ into your blood which weakens your immune system or promotes weight gain.
Jeremy Bennett says that on an average we have 60000 thoughts in a day and in reality is not only the most of these thoughts, the same thoughts we had yesterday. But they are negative; either they could be related to bad in past or something bad in future.
Most people believe that situation cause some anxiety or cause them to be depressed. Reality is no situation in entire universe that can cause someone to experience anxiety.
It’s your psychological reaction. Reaction to the situation that can cause you to experience anxiety not the situation
